Hockey Athleticism to be Strong on Your Stick and Skates

 

When your skating with the puck, the last thing you want is the defenseman to knock the puck off your stick or even worse, knock you off your blades.  By increasing your athleticism and becoming strong on your skates, you'll be able to skate through the defense and give yourself more scoring chances.  Give this hockey drill a try and make it happen!  If you don't have an agility ladder, no problem, just use some sidewalk chalk and draw a series of lines to hop over.
