Returns and Exchanges
Snipers Edge is pleased to offer hassle-free returns to U.S. customers for unused items, within 30 days of order delivery. Free return shipping is available for purchase at checkout using Checkout+.
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides free return shipping for your order.
If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.
If would like to request a return or make an exchange, please click here for our return portal link. Please follow the instructions provided in the return portal. If you need further help please email us and a member of our team will be happy to send you a return shipping label.
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition, usually within a few days. Assuming the item is still in good condition, we will process the refund within a few days after that. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund has been processed back to your credit card. The full amount will be credited if Checkout+ was selected at checkout, or the purchase amount less return shipping costs if not.
