Returns and Exchanges
Snipers Edge is pleased to offer free returns to U.S. customers for unused items, within 30 days of order delivery.
If would like to request a return or make an exchange, please click here for our return portal link. Please follow the instructions provided in the return portal. If you need further help please email us at cs@snipersedgehockey.com and a member of our team will be happy to send you a return shipping label.
Once an item has been received back at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition within a few days. Assuming the item is still in good condition, we will process the refund within a few days. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund has been processed, and that a credit back to your original credit card is forthcoming.

What is Checkout+?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping for your order.
If you opt into Checkout+, you can return any item in your order for a refund at no additional cost. If you choose not to purchase Checkout+, you can still return your items, but you’ll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S.
