We honor the manufacturer's warranty for a year for any defective or quality concerns. In order to receive the refund, we require photos of the product, and in most cases we will have the customer send the product back to our offices.


Within 90 days of purchase, products are able to be returned on a three-level basis:

1- The product is unopened and considered new

This qualifies for a full refund, and we will send a label and when the product is received at the warehouse, we will refund the customer fully. 

2- The product has been opened, but still could be considered new (no box)

The customer is responsible for the return label, and they will receive the refund minus the return label cost. When the product is back in the warehouse, the refund will be issued.

3- The product has clearly been used and can't be resold as new

In this case, we will provide a 75% refund when we receive the product, and a restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for the cost of the label.
