Sniper’s Edge Hockey to Sponsor AAA Tournament Series
Sniper’s Edge Hockey is proud to announce its title sponsorship of an innovative and new AAA hockey tournament series, hosted by some of the top programs in Minnesota. The tournament series, aptly named the Sniper’s Edge Hockey AAA Tournament Series, hosts its first event on April 8-10, 2022 in Hudson, WI and Stillwater, MN. This first event, known as the Snipers Kick Off Cup, will have 40 teams competing in seven divisions with a total of 87 games over the three days!
Hosted by some of the strongest AAA programs in the region, the Sniper’s Edge Hockey AAA Tournament Series will include eight weekend events throughout the spring and summer, including four in April/May, and four in August. Each weekend event features a different host team and location, with host sites including arenas in west metro, east metro, south metro, Duluth, and Fargo. The tournament organizers sought to attract some of the top AAA and Elite programs with birth years 2008 to 2014, to ensure consistent, top-shelf competition across each division.
Adding to the excitement, there will be no ties! All games that have an even score after regulation will go to a 3 on 3 OT format followed by a shootout (if still tied) to decide the winner. This unique format will make for some fantastic finishes!

In between games, the players and fans will also be able to compete in various off-ice skill competitions from shooting accuracy, stickhandling speed, and more, for a chance to win awesome prizes and giveaways.
